(NewsDakota.com) The North Dakota Highway Patrol in conjunction with the Ransom County Sheriff’s department will be conducting a saturation in Ransom County June 15th and 16th to include a sobriety checkpoint during the overnight hours of June 16th, at two predetermined locations within Ransom County.
North Dakota continues to experience tragic loss of life due to impaired driving. In 2011, 66 people lost their lives in alcohol related crashes. To date in 2012, 27 people have lost their lives in alcohol related crashes in the state of North Dakota.
