
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County Auditor and COO Nicole Meland provided the Stutsman County Commission their 2019 fiscal year-end report Tuesday evening.
The report is given in accordance to North Dakota Century code and would be the basis for the 2019 fiscal year audit. Meland reported that the county received $23,909,776.87 in revenue and expended $22,381,807.57, resulting in a net increase of $1,527,969.30.
She added that the general fund did see a net loss in 2019.
However, the county did see significant savings in almost all funds, which contributed to the total net increase to fund balance.
