VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – City-County Health District Administrator Theresa Will is strongly encouraging everyone to mask up during the COVID-19 pandemic. She said the theory, claiming, that face masks are harmful is false.

She said masking will help our healthcare workers who are already strained to the limit at many hospitals across the country.
