The 2021 Sports Hall of Fame Banquet will begin Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 5:30pm with a social, silent auction, and raffle, followed by the banquet and induction ceremony at 6:30pm.

The purpose of the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame is to honor and recognize those individuals who have played a major role in the growth and development of sports in the state of North Dakota, and to further promote sports and sportsmanship to the public of North Dakota by so honoring those who have made outstanding contributions in sports.
This years honorees include:
Douglas Lee Beaudoin (born May 15, 1954 in Dickinson, North Dakota) attended high school in Jamestown, ND. He played college football at Minnesota and is a former American football safety in the National Football League. He was drafted by the New England Patriots (1976-1979) in the ninth round of the 1976 NFL Draft.
Beaudoin also played for the Miami Dolphins (1980) and San Diego Chargers (1981).
Jeffrey Allen Boschee (born December 21, 1979) is an American former basketball player and current coach. Attended high school in Valley City, ND. Boschee played guard at the University of Kansas from 1998 to 2002. He was named Mr. Basketball for North Dakota in 1998. He currently serves as head coach of the men’s team at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri.
Whitney (Carlson) Bruins: after winning 19 state titles for the Carrington track team, Carlson finished her career at NDSU as the school record-holder in the indoor long jump, pentathlon, 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles, long jump and heptathlon. She earned All-American honors in the heptathlon by placing fifth at the Division I NCAA Championships.
Mike “Loose” Peluso (born September 2, 1974) attended high school in Bismarck, ND, he is an American former professional ice hockey right winger who played 38 games in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Chicago Blackhawks and Philadelphia Flyers. Mike went on to coach in ND after his retirement from the NHL.
