CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 9th avenue northwest paving improvement project in Valley City is moving along and here’s  project manager Chad Pedersen of KLJ with this update.

Pedersen said the first phase of the project should be completed in October up to 4th street northwest. The final phase of the project will start next spring.
