CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Freshman Valley City state Representative Dwight Kiefert said the learning curve has been interesting and challenging since he took the oath of office earlier this month.

Kiefert will serve on the House Agriculture and Human Services committees in the upcoming legislative session which starts on January 8.

Kiefert fielded questions from the Valley City school board on their concerns during a regular meeting on December 10 in Valley City.
