MAPELTON, N.D. (CCSO) – Cass County authorities arrested 27-year-old Kyle C. Quido following an incident in Mapleton, North Dakota. On Saturday, June 3rd, shortly after 1:00 a.m., Cass County Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. The initial investigation revealed a verbal dispute occurred between a male, later identified as Kyle C. Quido, and a female victim. Deputies were notified that Mr. Quido possessed and discharged a firearm during the dispute. Upon law enforcement arrival, Mr. Quido led deputies on a short foot pursuit before being taken into custody. No physical injuries resulted from this incident. Mr. Quido was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail.

Cass County authorities, in conjunction with the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office, continue to review this incident to determine appropriate charges. This investigation remains active and on-going.

Quido is facing felony Attempted Murder, Terrorizing – (2) Counts Aggravated Reckless Endangerment and Refusal to Halt charges in Cass County.
