VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – St. Catherine School is thrilled to invite prospective families to our annual Kindergarten Round-Up on Friday, February 28, from 8:45 to 10:00 AM. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover the unique educational experience that St. Catherine School offers, blending academic excellence with faith-based values in a nurturing environment.

Why St. Catherine School? Catholic schools are founded on the belief that parents are the first teachers of their children. At St. Catherine School, we form a partnership with our parents to support the development of the whole child—physically, academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We welcome families from all denominations and are committed to making our school as accessible as possible.

What to Expect at the Round-Up: Classroom Visits: Incoming students will explore their future classroom, meet their teacher, and engage in interactive activities with future classmates. Parent and Guardian Information Session: Learn about our curriculum, tuition assistance, religious formation, and how we provide individualized attention to each
student. Community Voices: Hear firsthand from a current St. Catherine parent, a former parent, the principal, and the kindergarten teacher about what makes the St. Catherine School difference stand out.

Personalized Learning in a Loving Community: Our small class sizes ensure that every child receives individualized attention and the support they need to thrive. In a world that’s constantly changing, one thing remains the same—the love and mercy of Jesus Christ. At St. Catherine School, each student is given the opportunity to develop a personal relationship with Jesus, finding strength and guidance in their faith.

Exciting Updates: Our Repair My House; Capital Campaign is nearly complete, with new updates and essential repairs to our school and parish buildings, ensuring a safe and modern learning environment for all students. We are excited to announce plans to open a school-owned and operated daycare this summer, providing additional support to our school families.

Enrollment Information:
Prospective kindergarten students must be 5 years old or turning 5 before August 1, 2025, to enroll for the upcoming school year. We are also enrolling in Grades 1-6—but space is limited, so early registration is encouraged!
