JAMESTWON (NewsDakota)- The Carrington Track & Field team began a very busy end of season stretch on Friday in Jamestown.  As a team, the Carrington boys finished third while the Cardinal girls were runner-up.  Below are the top performers:

Boys:

100M: Peyton Harrington- 3rd

200M: Peyton Harrington- 4th (STATE QUALIFIED); Ryder Bickett- 7th

300M Hurdles: Paxton Harrington- 4th

Discus: Andrew Matt- 1st; Dylan Bachmeier- 7th

Shot Put: Andrew Matt- 4th; Dylan Bachmeier- 10th

Javelin: Ryder Bickett- 1st; Parker Bickett- 6th

Pole Vault: Maddyx Davis- 2nd; McKade Zink- 5th; Sam Garr- 6th; Krew Woslky- 7th

Girls:

400M: Edyn Hoornaert- 1st; Harper Kollman- 7th

200M: Mercedes Lura- 5th (STATE QUALIFIED)

3200M: Kenadie Pazdernik- 1st; Macy Fiebiger- 5th

100M Hurdles: Isabel Wendel- 2nd; Mya Neis- 6th

300M Hurdles: Isabel Wendel- 3rd

4x100M: Harper Kollman, Isabel Wendel, Sierra Friedt, Mercedes Lura- 3rd

4x800M: Kenadie Pazdernik, Marah Johnson, Edyn Hoornaert, Aniston Hoornaert- 1st

Discus: Kelsi Neuman- 8th

Pole Vault: Mercedes Lura- 1st; Sierra Friedt- 3rd

Triple Jump: Isabel Wendel- 7th; Sierra Friedt- 9th
