
FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The speed limit on rural stretches of Interstate 94 and 29 in North Dakota is now 80 mph. The signage will take a couple of weeks to complete.
But, North Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind said one change will be the reduction of the speed limit in Medora, Dickinson, Jamestown, and Valley City.
Another new law that went into effect on Friday, August 1st was a provision in the fleeing of law enforcement with your vehicle.
