ELLENDALE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – AI Powerhouses Applied Digital and CoreWeave have just signed an additional 150MW lease at Applied Digital’s Polaris Forge 1 Campus in Ellendale, North Dakota.

Here are the highlights:

• Applied Digital’s Polaris Forge 1 Campus will now deliver 400MW in total IT capacity to CoreWeave.
• This new lease agreement with CoreWeave brings Applied Digital’s total anticipated contracted lease revenue to approximately $11B, which includes $7B in revenue from the initial two approximately 15-year leases executed in May of this year.
• The additional 150MW data center will be housed in the third building of Polaris Forge 1, which is currently in the planning stages.
