Their nomination stated: “The summer storm left devastating damage throughout Jamestown, and our family was significantly impacted when three large trees fell, causing major property damage. Despite being out of town on vacation, Nick was up early the next morning, already filing claims as calls poured in. Working remotely, the team made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. When we discovered more damage and called again, the staff was kind, helpful, and reassuring. Adjusters followed up promptly, and throughout the entire process, responses to our questions were quick. While the damage was overwhelming, working with Nick and Nodak Insurance made everything easy and stress free.”
