MILNOR, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 44-year-old Lisbon man faces multiple felony charges after allegedly violating a domestic violence protection order by entering his victim’s workplace twice in one day.

Todd Steven Martinson was charged Friday, November 21 with stalking and violation of a domestic violence protection order, according to court documents filed in Sargent County District Court.

The Sargent County Sheriff’s Office responded to a truck stop in Milnor on November 19 at approximately 6:05 p.m. for a reported protection order violation.

The victim told a deputy on the scene that Martinson entered her workplace, walked directly to where she was working and asked if she wanted to go to the casino. She told him he was not allowed in the store due to the protection order, and he left.
The victim said this was the second time that day Martinson had entered the store while she was working.
