CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Some people are calling it an ice sculpture on the wall of Foss Drug in the alley between their business and Ace Hardware. If so it’s the largest ice sculpture so far in Valley City.

As temperatures dipped below zero early Tuesday across the region this huge chunk of ice looked more like a frozen water fall.
