
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and staff presented the Customer Service Award for March to Kyle Schumacher with Eckman’s Auto
Service, recognizing his exceptional dedication to customer care and commitment to safety.
Kyle was nominated for going above and beyond to help a customer safely adapt a new vehicle to accommodate a physical limitation. His nomination read: “Kyle was able to adapt my new car so that I can drive safely with my physical limitation. He listened carefully to my concerns and ideas, assessed the situation, and adjusted the accelerator pedal multiple times—each time asking me to test drive and give feedback. His creativity, patience, and concern for my safety made a stressful situation manageable. I now feel safe and comfortable driving my new car.”
