VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Rural Fire Department responded to two separate calls for service on Wednesday, March 25th.

Around 12:45pm a controlled burn spread to a dry slough in Cuba, North Dakota, then shortly after 1pm a second call for service was sent to dispatchers that a structure fire near Pillsbury, North Dakota was fully engulfed in flames.
