BOSSIER CITY, LA – Jamestown Jimmies Men’s Wrestling concluded their 2025-26 campaign with a sixth-place finish in the National Collegiate Wrestling Association National Championships, which ended Saturday at Brookshire Grocery Arena.

Isaac Ronquillo and Elijah Nose had third-place finishes for the Jimmies.  Rocker Aguilar took sixth in his weight class and Colton Schaad was eighth.

Ronquillo, at 125 pounds, had two pins and a major decision win before losing in the semifinal round.  He then had two pins in the consolation round, securing third place with a pin of Kolby Dempsey of Life University.

133-pound wrestler Nose had a technical fall win and two pins, then lost in the quarterfinals.  Nose needed four wins in the consolation bracket to take third and did win four times, ending with a 2-0 decision win over Liberty University’s Brody Altman for third place.

Aguilar wrestled at 165 pounds.  Three of his wins were by technical fall, including a 27-9 victory over Owen Cherry of the Apprentice School.

Schaad had five wins at 174 pounds, including one 22-3 technical fall win.

Also competing for UJ but not placing were Mario Fernandez (141 pounds), Alvy Henderson (149), Maddox Campbell (157), Hayden Ramaeker (184) and Dane Hartmann (197).
