FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Highway Patrol said the driver and vehicle have been located. So there is no longer a need for public assistance in this crash. The patrol thanked the public for their tips and assistance in locating the vehicle and the driver on Monday, April 27th.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota State Patrol.
