VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – 14 VCHS students were awarded with a total of $7,600 in Valley City Dollars for Scholars scholarships at the VCHS Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 20th. These students have shown dedication and service to their community, as well as strong academic achievements.
