I talked with Aaron Birst. He is the Director of the States Attorney Association. He took the time this morning to discuss the new DUI Laws that are in effect in the State of North Dakota as well as the list of offenses if these laws were to be broken. We also discussed the increased DUI Sobriety Checkpoint periods that we’ve been seeing in our area and surrounding counties.
