An advance directive is an important written document that provides instructions that specify what actions should be taken for an individual’s health, if they are no longer able to make decisions due to illness or incapacity. Attend this free educational forum to learn the steps to specify a durable power of attorney for health care and how to communicate your wishes to loved ones.

A free, light lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to 701-952-4796 as space is limited.
