(NewsDakota.com) Carrington welcomed the Cardinals of Langdon last night on the heels of a Championship at the Lakota Tournament. Carrington would win the first set, but lose the next three and fall 3-1 to the reigning Region 4 Champs (25-15, 24-26, 21-25, 20-25). Carrington drops to 5-2, Langdon improves to 5-2.
Madison Wendel led the way for Carrington with nine kills and four stuff blocks. Senior Kayla Hochhalter had eight kills, 19 digs, two aces and three stuff blocks.
Courtnie Cook had 11 kills, 1 block and three serving aces for Langdon Area.
