N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Spiritwood Energy Park Association Board of Directors approved a bid for rail materials, installation and construction of a new rail loop around the Spiritwood Energy Park. The plan calls for the loop to circle the entire park.

The estimated cost is at $7.5 million dollars. The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation will be making a $3.75 million investment with other funds from Great River Energy for this project. The JSDC is a separate entity from SEPA.

DeAnn Brunner stated that the board met on December 9th.
