CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A fire destroyed a home in Valley City and now a family is displaced.

Fire Chief Gary Retterath says crews were called to a home in the 500 block of 4th avenue southwest around 1:30am Tuesday morning.

No injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The Red Cross is assisting the family displaced by the fire.
