N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Bismarck man is uninjured after a Spee-Dee Delivery Services van he was driving crashed into a washed out culvert area on May 2nd.

According to a report by the North Dakota Highway Patrol, 46 year old Robert L. Karsky was driving on a gravel road near Highway 3 in Logan County. He was traveling Westbound at about 40 miles per hour when he slid into the washed out area at about 5:53 P.M. The report stated that there was a road closed sign which was tipped over and moved to the shoulder of the road. There were also orange flags and poles that were moved as well.

The patrol said Karsky was not aware of the road hazard until it was too late. He was wearing his seat belt and was uninjured in the accident.
