N.D. (NewsDakota.com) North Dakota 4-H’ers tested their creativity and video-making skills in the 4-H Film Festival at the North Dakota State Fair in Minot on Sunday, July 20.
Wilton Henke of Stanton received the People’s Choice Award for his film, “4-H
History of Oliver County.”
