N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Ave Maria Village has been very busy for the past two years trying to wrap up their Capital Campaign.
The campaign started roughly two years ago after Ave Maria Village had built a new Garage, Chapel and End of Life Suite. It cost the center roughly $1.325 million to complete and they are continuing to raise funds to help pay off the costs. Development Director Jan Barnes stated that during the holiday season, they have sent out letters to the community asking for help and she says they’ve gotten a fantastic response.
Currently, the campaign sits at around $196,000 to finish up. The Ave Maria Village Volunteers will be holding a Holiday Bazaar with many different items for sale. There will also be a bake to go with it. The Bazaar will be December 5th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and all proceeds raised will go on towards the Capital Campaign.
