– The Jamestown Police Department is informing residents of a high risk registered sex offender who has moved to a new address in Jamestown.

33-year-old Jayme Joseph Rowley is now living at 712 2nd Ave. NE in Jamestown, according to release from the police department. He is described as a 5-foot-10 white male, weighing about 200 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He drives a Pewter 2003 Chevy Silverado.

In 2006, Rowley was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Burleigh County District Court after attacking a woman in her apartment, and in 2004 he was convicted of Surreptitious Intrusion after breaking into an apartment and stealing female underwear.

He is currently on probation and will be on GPS monitoring through North Dakota Parole and Probation.
