Valley City opens up the 2019-2020 wrestling season against Fargo Davies. The Eagles are preseason #1 in the East Region and #7 in the state. The Hi-Liners are unranked in the preseason. So much for the polls, the Hi-Liners opened the season winning 10 of the 13 bouts. The Eagles took the 285 lb class via forfeit. Valley City won 46-22.
