The Boondocks will be hosting their first ever 5K run and Barn Dance on Saturday, July 13th. The event will be raising money for cancer care at the JRMC. Julie Michel & Amanda Rode say there will be something at the event for everyone including a petting zoo, dance with the Roosters, food, games, and more.

Chrissy Kartes was on the show to talk about the 10th Annual Sweet & Stickey Dickey. The huge event welcomes in cooks from all over to show off their rib-making skills. Ribs are judged and then served up to more than 300 participants on Saturday, July 13th.
