Several Veteran Organizations will be conducting Military Honors on Memorial Day, May 25th in remembrance of those who have died for their country. Memorial Day activities will start at 9am at the Gladstone Inn. The Jamestown Patriotic Council will hold a remembrance service with a speaker, The Drum and Bugle Corp and Recognitions. Following the service there will be a wreath lowering at the Nickeus Park Bridge and remembrances at Fort Seward and City Cemeteries. Find out more »There will be a Memorial Day Ceremony to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country at Sacred Heart and Fairview cemeteries south of Sanborn, ND. The ceremony will be held on Monday, May 25th at 9:30am. After the ceremonies at both cemeteries the public is welcome to attend a gathering at the Community Center in Sanborn to enjoy some treats.
