Consumer Decision Making (CDM) 4-H Contest- Enrolled 4-Hers are invited to take part in CDM on Monday, June 14 beginning at 5:30 pm in the Barnes County Courthouse Basement. CDM teaches youth how to make wise decisions based upon facts that they study and then they learn to defend these decisions. For non-4-H youth between the ages of 5-18 who are interested in learning this skill, we will offer a non-competitive first timer’s class.
