The funeral service for Stan Horst will be this Friday at 10:30 AM at Grace Free Lutheran, which is on West Main Street. Afterwards, people are invited to gather out at the Valley City Eagles to celebrate his memory and pay condolences to the family. Barnes County Offices may be closed from 10 AM until 1 PM to allow employees the opportunity to attend.
