Proceeds raised from this event will to toward the Valley City Barnes County Public Library “Light Up The Libary” fundraiser to repair and renovate the roof of the library. Hosted by First Congregational Church, Valley City Masonic Lodge #7 and Woodbine Chapter 4 Order of the Eastern Star.
