The NDSU Extension Service of Stutsman County will be holding free virtual programs to help “Nourish Your Body and Mind” for the month of April.

On April 26th, they’ll host “Know Your Prescription & Nonprescription Medications”, a program to explore duration, food interactions, and proper storage & disposal

These virtual programs are free and open to all. You can register by clicking here and get access the day it’s released. When you register, you get free access to videos, games, publications, recipes, and other resources.
