Trinity Lutheran Church in Valley City will be serving a romantic themed Klubb supper on Valentine’s Day in the church basement from 4pm to 6:30pm. The Scandinavian potato dumpling commonly referred to as “Klub” is most frequently spelled Klubb. It is a Norwegian dish that is delightful to eat for all nationalities.
