Due to the pandemic, the Valley City Eagles Club will be holding a Halloween candy giveaway on Halloween from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Kids can stop by the set up tables outside (weather permitting) or inside to get candy. All are welcome.

The community is invited to come and decorate a table and hand out candy. Bring decorations and the Eagles will supply all the candy free of charge.
