N.D. (Associated Press) – Congressman Kevin Cramer says President Barack Obama has declined his invitation to visit North Dakota.

Cramer sent an invitation to the president last week, touting the state’s strong economy as one reason for Obama to make his first presidential visit to North Dakota.

The Republican says Obama declined the offer without explanation.
