Valley City School Board chairwoman Joyce Braunagel says the school board would like to revise language in a section of the health insurance contract. She added we don’t want to delete that section out as some believe. Braunagel says we would like to meet with the teachers and come to an agreement.

But North Dakota United President Nick Achuleta, who represents the teachers, says that revision was never part of the original negotiated agreement and the point is moot.
