City mayor Bob Werkhoven says the limited water usage request by the city was dropped Friday as the Sheyenne river level receded below 19 feet.

Werkhoven says the city is still asking residents and commercial property owners to continue pumping their sump pump water outside their homes away from clay levees in the city until further notice.
