BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – North Dakota’s Public Service Commission
will hold a hearing tomorrow on a proposal to build an 88-megawatt
natural gas turbine north of Mandan. Many state utilities rely on
coal to generate electricity, but Montana-Dakota Utilities Company
wants to use the cleaner fuel.
