(NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol is conducting a Trooper on a Bus event Thursday, March 29, in partnership with the Edgeley School District.

The highway patrol says in a release that a trooper will be placed on a school bus during a bus route on March 29 in Edgeley, “in an effort to raise awareness of traffic violations that occur around school buses.”

The NDHP says enforcement action could also be taken if the trooper witnesses a violation.
