(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce City Beautification Committee plans to spruce up 10th Street Southeast with some flower baskets this summer.

Bob Martin told the City Council on Wednesday the committee plans to put flower baskets on seven light poles along 10th Street Southeast.

Currently he says they have baskets on 41 different poles in Jamestown, the majority of those are on poles on First Avenue.

Martin and members of the council say they’ve received many compliments on the flower baskets.
