YELLOWSTONE PARK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – At 9:24 AM, a man traveling West on Highway 46 lost control of his semi-truck, entered the North ditch, vaulted over an approach and came to rest in the North ditch on his wheels.

Patrick McMahon, 46 of Lisbon, ND, was not ejected from his cab during this incident. He was not wearing a seat belt.

According to Captain Bryan Niewind, McMahon was transported to Mercy Hospital in Valley City with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash is still under investigation.
