City, ND (Newsdakota.com)- The Valley City Volleyball team opened their 4 match homestand on the right foot with a 3-0 EDC win over Fargo South. The Hi-Liners beat The Bruins 25-13,25-18,25-11. Valley City has now won consecutive matches in straight sets improving to 6-10 in the conference and 17-12 overall, they came into the match half a game behind Fargo South in the standings.

Reagan Ingstad had 29 assist for Valley City along with 13 digs. Kacee White added 11 digs.Macy Olstad collected a team high 13 kills and 7 aces. Maren Gullickson had 9 kills and Josie Berntson 6. Gullickson and Mackenzie Pederson each made 3 blocks.
