GRAND FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Grand Forks social worker is accused of having sex with a patient turned himself in to police on July 3rd of 2019.

According to the Forum, 59 year old David Bialik worked as a therapist at the Center for Psychiatric Care. He is accused of having sex with a female patient in April of 2019 and telling her to lie about their relationship.

Bialik is facing three felony charges of sexual exploitation by a therapist. A preliminary hearing is set for August 5th.
