VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department is notifying the public about a registered sex offender living within the city of Valley City at 204 3rd Avenue Southeast #5.

Kyle Ray Greenough has been assigned a High Risk level by the State of North Dakota. He was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in 2015 when he was 19. He engaged in a sexual act with a 14 year-old female.

Greenough is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentenced imposed by the courts. Any use of this information to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
