BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota health officials reported 181 new positive coronavirus cases and two new deaths.

The number of new positive cases reported Saturday raises the statewide total since the pandemic reached North Dakota in mid-March to more than 7,500. North Dakota’s death toll from the coronavirus was 112 as of Saturday. The victims were a man in his 90s from Burleigh County, and a man in his 60s from Richland County.

Officials said both men had underlying health conditions.

The number of North Dakota patients currently hospitalized was 49 on Saturday, up one from Friday.
