VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Hi-Liners Cross Country wrapped up the 2020 season on Saturday with the State Meet in Jamestown.
Monday, the Hi-Liners handed out their 2020 end of season awards and named the Captains for the 2021 season.
